Support for our Family…

Hello family and friends. We have been serving the Lord here in Nicaragua for over twenty years now. We have been so thankful for your support over these years. Your prayers sustain us and your willingness to support us financially helps us to get things done. And we are so thankful that all we do here, big or small, brings glory to Jesus! In whatever we do, we do it for the Glory of God (1 Corinthians 10:31).

If you would like to make our family and ministry part of your giving we would be very blessed by that! On either of the digital options below you can choose to make your gift a recurring monthly donation. Recurring donations are very helpful to us. You can also make donations via Check… donation information found here. Our family has been able to serve and live here with approximately $3,150 a month.

Living by faith without a set income has been quite the journey, but we have zero complaints. I always say we have only ever come close to zero in our bank account twice but never hit that zero! We are thankful for that, and we are blessed by the life God has given us together.

Our kiddos are our biggest blessing. We are very proud of each one of them and as they are all growing older we are excited to see what the Lord has next for them. We are going share some family updates below but wanted to mention a fundraising effort we are making for them. Aliyah, Mason and now Isabella are all driving and we are purchasing a used 2015 truck for them. It is a safe vehicle and it will allow them to serve here in ministry more freely. This truck will cost $18,350. You can email us for more info on this losfarringtons@gmail.com or if you would like to donate you can do so by clicking here. We know this is a big ask, but we are very excited to see our kiddos grow and serve in ministry, and this truck will be a huge help in that, Thank You!

Aliyah has been doing what some might see as an unconventional adventure through these post high school years. She has been working towards a college degree online, but at the same time traveling all over the place and working different jobs along the way. She has traveled to seven different states and internationally to Canada and France….and Nicaragua! She is here for the Spring semester so far…until something else God may have planned for her, and then plans to be back to serve here in Nicaragua during the summer! This New Year she and Mason joined friends from Oklahoma at the Passion Conference in Texas….50,000 University students gathering together in a giant baseball stadium to worship the Lord on New Years Eve….it was awesome!!! Thank you for your prayers over our Aliyah!

Our boy Mason is 18 years old! Granted he turned 18 in September, but we still can’t believe it. He is a great young man and loves serving people….he also loves surfing so if anyone wants to make a surf trip to Nicaragua shoot him a message hahaaha! As he finishes his Senior year he has been such a help to Krista and I with everything in the daily living and driving around the crazy roads of Managua to help us with all kinds of errands. He finished his Senior soccer season being a rock on the defensive line and even scoring goals. The Eagles had a heartbreaking loss in the semifinals, but it was a great season! Mason is seeking the Lord for what is next for him after high school, and we are thankful if you would pray for him in that!

Our 16 year old Isabella is doing great. Do you notice? Braces on and braces off all within a few months span! Bella is busy with life doing school all the time and also playing sports. She played soccer last semester and is giving basketball a try this semester. We are also having fun learning how to drive stick-shift together….well we do it together but she is doing the driving! God has blessed us with a spark of life. Whenever we all sit down together, Bella can get us all laughing in a heartbeat and she loves to talk through a good story or current events. Thank you for your prayers for Bella!

Lastly our baby girl Juliette is doing great! Also doing school full time and entering into the more challenging High School years. She is dillegent in getting her work done and pushes through any obstacles in her way without complaining. Our life down here in ministry is full of many visitors as well and Juju is an incredible baker. She will often whip up some cookies for guests, or for her Papa’s birthday, or just for fun! And everyone loves when they wake up and she has already been awake making pancakes for everyone! She also has taught our wonder dog Sergeant all of his tricks which include “attention”, “salute”, “take cover”, and “at ease”….Sarge is quite the performer when there are treats involved. Thank you for your prayers over Juliette’s life!

Krista and I celebrated our 23rd Anniversary earlier this year! All of the different comings and goings of life and the seasons changing have been so fun to do together. With our children, Krista has always been so good to remind me, “lets enjoy every one of the seasons we have with them.” Reminding me that each phase has so many cool things to enjoy…these teenage years and into the 20s are so fun! We love also that God has called us to serve in Nicaragua. We love to serve together, and friends we are so thankful for your prayers over us! For healings, for overcoming heartbreak, for overcoming fears, for always finding the best ways to serve, for seeking Jesus first, for comfort and for awesome celebrations! We are blessed by you. Thank you family. Thank you friends.

God is good. Thank you for supporting us.
